4D Planning's role

4D Planning were instructed to prepare a planning application for a double storey side and rear extension and other alterations to the house. The works were already underway when we were instructed. The challenge was to produce the architect drawings of the proposal showing the pre-existing condition as well. Since the works were underway we had to use historic photos and information to assess how the house used to look before the extensions and to produce all the drawings accurately. We produced the application documents and liaised with the council. The application was granted planning permission by Brent Council.
