4D Planning was instructed to advise the client on the prospect of erecting a large summer house at the rear of the property for a new swimming pool, ancillary to the main dwelling. We advised the client that the proposal was feasible however careful attention to detail was needed to ensure that the historical impact of the proposal on the adjacent listed building and the wider character of the area would not be harmed. We produced the architectural drawings and planning documents and prepared a professional planning application which was subsequently granted approval by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council.
