4D Planning assisted the client with a change of use of the premises from a Cafe to a full restaurant (A3 use class - now E use class). The proposal included a large seating area outside for the customers. We produced the architectural drawings, planning statements and coordinated the submission of the planning application. We also successfully negotiated with the council regarding the opening times, usage, requirement for an extraction flue which we believed was not required, and other matters.  The application was approved by Hammersmith and Fulham Council
