4D Planning were instructed to advise the client on the best way to extend a ground floor flat located within the Central Fulham Conservation Area. We helped the client establish what can be achieved and we prepared a planning application and architectural drawings for the proposed extension. The application also included a Flood Risk Assessment which we prepared and we liaised with the Hammersmith and Fulham Planning Department to ensure that the application would be approved.
