4D Planning advised on the feasibility of extending over the existing roof terrace. Following our advice that there was a good chance for a succesful outcome, we were instructed to prepare a planning application and the architectural drawings. We submitted the application to Camden Council and liaised with the planning team until they were happy with the proposals. We were granted permission for the extension.
