4D Planning's role

4D Planning visited the site and offered the client planning advice relating to the listed building. We assessed the heritage and historical features of the property to determine what works would be appropriate to enhance the property and to create a roof terrace, rear extension and other changes to the property. We produced the architectural drawings and the desing and heritage reports. We submitted the full planning and listed building consent applications and liaised with Camden Planning's conservation and heritage officers until the applications were approved.
