4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining a lawful development certificate for a large roof extension over the outrigger of the mid-terraced property. The dormer was designed to be under 40m3 and to provide the maximum space allowed. The proposal included a 3m depth single storey extension on the ground floor. The application was approved by Croydon Council.
We then prepared a planning application separately for an infill side extension to form an L shape rear extension. Following negotiations with the council the application was approved.
