4D Planninh were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission for the conversion of a single family dwelling which was previously in use as an HMO (bedsits), to three flats. 2 x 2 bedroom flats and 1 x 1 bedroom flat. 4D Planning produced the architectural drawings following a site visit and measured survey. We advised the client on the best layouts to meet the London Plan size standards and other relvant planning policies and guidance. We prepared the Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement and relevant forms, and submitted the application to Croydon Council within 2 week of instruction. 8 weeks later we were granted planning permission.
