We advised the client on the best layouts to meet the London Plan size standards and other relvant planning policies and guidance. We prepared the Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement and relevant forms, and submitted the application to Croydon Council within 2 week of instruction. 8 weeks later we were granted planning permission.
