Change of use from retail (Class E) to wine-bar (sui generis), awning to front elevation and new ventilation extraction duct

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with converting the vacant former retail unit (Use Class E) to a wine bar (Sui Generis) at the premises. We prepared the planning application documents and statements and produced the architectural drawings following a site visit at the premises. We submitted the planning application and liaised with the planning officers. The application was granted planning permission by Croydon Council.
