Erection of a mansard roof extension and new roof terrace 

4D Planning assisted the client with establishing the feasibility to create an additional storey to a mid-terraced property. We advised that a mansard roof and roof terrace would be feasible. The client instructed us to prepare a set of architectural drawings showing the mansard roof and other changes to the property including a rear facing roof terrace. We prepared the application documents, submitted the planning application and liaised with Islington Council until they granted planning permission.
