4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission from Islington Council for the replacement of windows and doors to double glazing steel framed windows and doors. The property is a flat and there are no Permitted Development rights for flats, therefore it was necessary to apply for permission for the replacement windows and doors. The application was granted consent by Islington Planning Officers.
