We researched the relevant policies and site constraints and advised in favour of the proposal. 4D Planning were instructed to prepare the application for Full Planning Permission for the change of use from an office for medical use to a similar use with the addition of beauty treatements (Sui Generis). We produced the application documents and architectural drawings following a measured survey of the property. We liaised with the Council and addressed all potential concerns raised by neighbours. The application was approved by Cheshire West & Chester Council.
