4D Planning's role

4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of converting the former A2 use (E use class) to a beauty salon and changes to the shop front. We carried out a site appraisal and established that the proposal would be policy-compliant. We produced the architectural drawings and prepared the draft planning statement and coordinated the submission of the application. We liaised with the Council and addressed any queries that were brought up during the assessment period. Islington Council granted planning permission.
