We were instructed to prepare the planning application for the retrospective change of use of the retail unit to a tattoo studio and associated art/ retail area on the ground and lower ground floors. We produced the architect drawings and produced the Planning Statement arguing how the proposed use would comply with planning policy. We were granted planning permission by Islington Council.
