We assisted with the architectural drawings, planning documents including evidence that the roof terrace was built and occupied as a roof terrace ancillary to the main property over this period. We liaised with the planning officers from RBKC and ensured that the application would be approved. Kensingon and Chelsea Council granted retroactive permission (lawful development certificate).
