Double story extension
Construction of a rear extension at first floor and second floor levels above the present ground floor extension to a hotel (C1 use class).
4D Planning advised the client on the possibility to create a number of extra bedrooms and to extend the hotel at the rear. 4D Planning suggested a double storey extension above the existing ground floor extension. We were instructed to prepare the architectural drawings designing the extension and internal layouts. Once the client approved the drawings we produced the statements, forms, maps and submitted the planning application. We liaised with RBKC throughout the process until the application was granted permission.
