We prepared the architecture drawings and planning documents and liaised with the planners. We also advised the client on managing the several objections from local residents and how to consult the residents to reassure them of the nature of the business. The application was recommended approval and was decided by the local Councillors in a Planning Committee. The application was granted planning permission.
