Erection of outbuilding in rear garden flat in Wandsworth.
4D Planning advised and assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for erection of an outbuilding in a Conservation Area. The property is a flat therefore does not benefit from Permitted Development (PD) rights. We produced the architecture design and drawings for the outbuilding / outhouse and liaised with the Council to ensure a succesful outcome. Wandsworth Council granted permission.
