Retroactive use of the property as House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) for five people in Wandsworth

4D PLANNING were instructed to obtain the Council's approval for the use of the residential property as an HMO (house of multiple occupation) for 5 people. We produced the floor plans, planning statment and advised the client on the required evidence to support the application. We put everything together and liaised with the planning officer. Wandsworth Council approved the lawful development application and issued a certificate of lawfulness for the continues use of the HMO.
