4D Planning were instructed to prepare a planning application retrospectively for works carried out to a top floor flat in the borough of Wandsworth. The works consisted of enlarging the front dormer to allow for access to a small roof terrace at the front of the property. We prepared the architectural drawings and application statement. We liaised with Wandsworth Council until a decision was issued to grant planning permission.
