4D Planning were instructed by the client to apply for planning permission to extend the semi detached house to achieve a large ground floor rear extension, first floor rear extension, double storey side extension, roof extension and to redesign the appearance of the house inside and out. We worked on several designs for the house over several months. We submitted various applications which were all approved by Barnet Council.
