Change of use from A2 (Lettings Agents) to D1 (Doctor's Surgery).

4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility to convert the premises from a letting agencu A2 use class to D1 Doctor's surgery. We established that there was a good chance despite some concerns that we picked up on. We prepared the architectural drawings, planning statements, application forms and maps and submitted the application. We liaised with Haringey Council Planning Officers and answered any queries. The application was granted planning permission for the change of use.
