Change of use to Pharmacy and Medical Centre (Sui Generis).
Mixed use of the premises as a pharmacy on the ground floor and a medical centre on the lower ground floor for a period of 5 years (Sui Generis).
4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of converting the basement to a medical centre with its own staircase and access from the street. The basement was previously in use as storage and was not utilised to its full potential. The pharmacy (A1 use) was busy and there was demand for additional medical services. 4D Planning were commissioned to prepare a strong case and to obtain planning permission. We prepared all the drawings, planning documents and liaised with Westminster Council until planning permission was granted. 4D Planning obtained planning permission for a number of pharmacies and medical centres along Edgware Road and in the borough of Westminster.
