4D Planning were instructed to obtain listed building consent and planning permission for replacement of railings to a balcony/ roof terrace. We advised the client on the suitable design for the ironmangory and proposed size of the railings. We produced the architecture drawings and the heritage report to support the application. We submitted the listed building application and full planning permission. Westminster Council granted planning permission and LBC.
