4D Planning were instructed by the client to prepare architectural drawings and submit a planning application to Tower Hamlets Council to apply for planning for several developments to this property. 4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of the project and on the best way to maximise the potential of the property. These proposed developments comprised a ground floor rear extension, the construction of an additional storey with a new pitched roof to include accommodation in the roofspace and front and rear rooflights.. 4D Planning submitted the application and liaised with council officers and the developments were granted planning permission in their entirety.
