Proposed change of use of ground floor premises of QMB Innovation Centre from A1 (shops) and A3 (Food and Drink) to D1 (Non-residential Institution).
4D Planning were instructed to prepare an application for a Change of Use of the premises at the Queen Mary Innovation Centre from retail and restaurant (now Use Class E) to D1 (educational). We produced the application documents, coordinated the architect drawings with the architects and prepared the application. We liaised with the Planning Officers from Tower Hamlets planning department until the application was granted planning permission.
