4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility to extend the end of terrace house on the corner of a road. We advised to apply for a double storey side extension with a matching pitched roof, single storey rear extension and relocation of the front door. We were instructed to prepare the planning application and architectural drawings. We liaised with the planning officer at Southwark Council to ensure that all queries were answered. The application was approved by the Council.
