New roof terrace, new opening

Use of existing flat roof of two storey outrigger as roof terrace, erect boundary screening and planters, and change window opening to doorway in Southwark

4D Planning offered the client some guidance on the feasibility to convert the flat roof above the outrigger into a roof terrace. We carried out some research and determined that there would be a high chance of obtaining planning permission. The client instructed us to prepare the architecture drawings, planning application documents and to coordinate the application submission with the Council. We liaised with the planning officer and responded to relevant queries. Southwark Council granted planning permission.
