4D Planning were instructed by the management of a block of flats in Southwark to assist with obtaining planning permission to separate the parking area from the road. The purpose was to secure the access to the flats and to protect the parking lot and parked cars. We produced the drawings and application documents to support the application for gates and security railings. We liaised with Southwark Council planning officers. The application was granted planning permission.
