Change of use of the ground floor and basement from Use Class A2 (former bank) to Use Class D2 (lifestyle gym).
4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of change the usage of the former bank to a gym/ yoga studio and other ancillary uses. Following an initial site consultation the client instructed us to prepare a planning application with all the relevant architectural drawings and planning documents. 4D Planning also liaised with the council and negotiated the conditions for the application. The application was granted permission by Tower Hamlets Council.
