Change of use of premises of retail shop from A1 to constituency office (B1), and alterations to front elevation

4D Planning were instructed by the youngest MP in parliament, the Labour MP for Nottingham, to prepare plans and obtain planning permission for the change of use of a retail premises into her constituance office. We measured up the property, produced the architectural drawings, liaised with the planning department and other stakeholders to achieve planning permission. Nottingham Council granted permission.
