4D PLANNING was instructed to assist with preparing and submitting a planning application for the conversion of a large commercial building from its former use as a residential care home to a medical centre comprising a doctors surgery, children's nursery, dentist and pharmacy including changes to the facade and other changes to the site. We produced the architectural drawings (plans, sections and elevations) of the existing and proposed and produced the Planning Reports and Documents to accompany the application. We were also instructed to prepare a Sequential Approach Study and Report and a Transport Assessment Report. We liaised with the Planning Officers and ensured that the application had the best chances possible to be granted planning permission. Rochdale Council Planning Department approved the application.
