4D Planning previously obtained planning permission for this property to extend the back of the property. The property had since changed hands and the new owner approached 4D Planning to alter the design and to extend the property further. We liaised with the client and planning officer to determine whether a new application was required or whether we could alter the previous permission via a minor amendment application. The second application was submitted to RBKC following amendments to the design and drawings. The application was approved.
