We were instructed by our client to prepare the architectural drawings to achieve a large rear extension on the ground floor and a roof extension with juliet balcony and rooflights to facilitate a loft conversion. The proposal will open up the habitable space on the ground floor providing better quality of living and enhanced natural light. The new loft conversion with dormer will provide a large master bedroom with ensuite and views over the garden area and into the distance. Ealing Council approved both applications within the designated timeframes (42 days and 8 weeks) despite neighbour's objections.
