4D Planning assisted the owners of the premises with obtaining planning permission from Ealing Council for a single storey extension and new frontage to create a new seating area for the Cafe restaurant. We advised the client on the design, choice of materials and layout. We advised the client on the planning history which involved an appeal for the use of the premises as a shisha bar and other matters involving a unlawful structure at the premises. The application was granted permission.
