4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning approval for a rear outhouse/ outbuilding. The building was built without planning permission, but we were able to convince the counci to accept the retention of the outbuilding in its current form without modifications despite some concerns that were raised. The application was approved by Redbridge Council.
