We also were instructed to obtain a lawful development certificate for use of the upper floors as two flats and address all the SPA mitigation and Transport requirements as per Rushmoor Borough Council's planning policies and guidance. 4D Planning liaised with the Council via pre application advice and throughout the applications process to ensure a successful outcome on behalf of our client.
