4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with converting two flats into one at a residential block in the borough of Islington. The conversion would usually not require planning permission and could be converted under permitted development, however there was a condition on the original permission for the building which restricted any permitted development rights. As a result, we had to apply for Full Planning Permission. 4D Planning produced the drawings and planning statement to support the application. Following discussions with the council, the application was granted permission within 8 weeks.
