4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with converting two flats into one at a residential block in the borough of Islington. The conversion would usually not require planning permission and could be converted under permitted development, however there was a condition on the original permission for the building which restricted any permitted development rights. As a result, we had to apply for Full Planning Permission. 4D Planning produced the drawings and planning statement to support the application. Following discussions with Islington council planning officers, the application was granted permission within 8 weeks.
