Tristan is a specialist chartered heritage and conservation consultant. He is an external consultant who is brought in to work on the more complex heritage projects and to prepare comprehensive heritage reports and historical impact assessments. These reports support applications for works to listed buildings. Tristan can also advise on the feasibility of a listed scheme and offer valuable guidance to a client before going down the planning route.
