4D Planning's role

4D Planning were instructed by Lime Europe to obtain permission from Lewisham Council for the use of the warehouse as their London Primary Station for storage, repairs, distribution and maintenance of e-scooters and e-bikes. We produced the architectural drawings of the unit and surroundings. We prepared a Planning Statement and the relevant application documents. The application was submitted and we liaised with the planning officers. Lewish Council granted a lawful development certificate for the usage under the B8 Use Class.
