4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property under permitted development and under full planning permission (householder). We met the client at the property and drew up a few sketches and discussed all the available options to develop the property. We prepared a planning application for a large side extension over the garage, and a side extension in the loft over the first floor. The roof would have rooflights and a larger rear dormer with a Juliet balcony. We applied for planning permission for a rear extension as well and Haringey Council granted planning permission following negotiations and a couple of applications.
