Conversion of roofspace to habitable use to include a rear dormer roof extension and conversion of roof from hip to gable end with gable end window and a single storey side extension.
4D Planning were instructed by the client to maximise the habitable space of the property. We produced the architectural drawings to ensure compliance with the client's requirements and the permitted development guidance. The application was then submitted to the Council. The lawful development application was approved by Hillingdon Council.
