4D Planning were instructed by the client to prepare the architectural drawings and application documents for conversion of the mid-terraced-house from C3 to C4 (HMO 5 persons). The proposal also included infilling an open patio into a habitable room with alterations to the facade. We prepared the drawings and a strong case in favour of granting the HMO at this location. Bexley Council granted planning permission.
