Conversion of house into flats
Conversion of dwelling into two flats, bin, cycle stores and landscaping
4D Planning assisted the client with establishing whether a conversion of the house into flats is possible. Following our initial research which was positive, we were instructed to prepare the planning application and drawings. We prepared all the documents and drawings and submitted the application to Harrow Council. 8 weeks later the application was approved. We then prepared a discharge of condition application to approve the landscaping. 4D Planning drafted the plans for a comprehensive scheme to improve the front and rear gardens. This application was approved too.
We were then instructed to produce the building regulations and to liaise with the Building Control Inspector.
