Salford Council GRANTED planning permission to convert a former bank (A2) into 12 flats (C3) at 1-3 Bolton Road and 6-10 High Street, Worsley, Manchester.
The property is locally listed. The upper two floors were granted prior approval for the conversion from offices to 8 flats.
The ground floor and basement were converted planning permission from a bank to 4 flats.
