A convenient house price rise

Wednesday 11 April 2018

Half of a former converted public toilet in Surrey has gone back on the market with an asking price that's a significant £45,000 higher than a year ago.

The semi-detached house in well-to-do Ewell Village was sold last year after being marketed for sale with an asking price of £285,000.

Mark Anthony Estate Agents said the buyer has now put it back on the market with an increased asking price of £330,000.
