Roof extension involving hip to gable, rear dormer window with 2no rooflights to front and new gable window to side elevation to facilitate a loft conversion

4D Planning were instructed to prepare a lawful development application to convert the loft of a semi-detached house in Golders Green. We produced the application, obtained the certificate of lawfulness and produced the architectural drawings for Building Control's approval with all the relevant building regultions. We also obtained the structural calculations and liaised with the Inspector and Engineers.
