4D Planning were granted a Lawful Development Certificate by Wandsworth Planning Department for the erection of a roof extension to a dwelling at 1 Franche Court Road. We produced the architectural design, drawings and planning documents. We submitted the application and liaised with the council until the decision was made. We then produced the Building Regulations drawings and submitted the Building Control application and liaised with the Building Inspector until the works were signed off.
