4D Planning were instructed to prepare a design and drawings for a roof extension and ground floor rear extension to comply with the Permitted Development Rights. The application was prepared with all the relevant forms, maps and drawings. We submitted the application and liaised with the Council. Sutton Council approved the lawful development certificate application.
