4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for the insertion of an air-conditioning unit at the front of the building. There was not much precedent but we prepared a strong case in support of our proposals and designed the location of the condensor unit to be conceled from the outside. Hackey Council granted planning permission.
